I don't think anyone knows I have seen some stuff about that doll generater thing but I've heard that does not work I think u might have to craft so things I saw that in a post earlier he said he found some things but he doesn't know where to craft them

You use the turbine. And yes you need the turbine to get to the PaP.

Just use the turbine ... and then you get them to make the PaP Machine..

No I'm talking about the doors with the green electricity symbol. There are 2 doors from what I understand. One is in the bank, and the other is in the HAARP power station. If you guys don't know what I'm talking about I can try and take a picture of the 2 doors. Also the turbine is easy to build... so are all of the other ''buildables'' you **** idiots

to get PAP you need to place the turbine at the green lightning bolt symbol that says needs an alternate power source in the HAARP place ... have someone guard it and it opens up the room to PAP which is in the vault. marked by that other green sign

1. Turn on the power
2. Throw grenade near keys next to Bank Vault OR shoot it with a raygun
3. Throw grenade at second door/Shoot with raygun
4. Place the Turbine at the green lightning door in the power room.
5. Then, a hatch will open in the bank vault where the other green lightning bolt was.
6. Look for the stool, battery, and a Pack-a-Punch shell in the new area.
7. Then Build them at the workbench!
