Hey fellas,

I wanted to build a computer for my first time and on a budget, I have all the parts picked out that I think will work and give good results. I mainly just social network and play World of Warcraft on the computer. I am okay will what ever settings I can get, but for giggles what do you think it would be capable of? Is it a decent build? Will the parts all fit together? Any replacements I should make? What do you guys think of it? I can +rep for any help. Please post your thoughts!

Thanks!

Won't work and even if it did it's mediocre for $400. That kind of budget will get you an Intel G630 and a 7750, which will wipe the floor with an APU.

One reason it won't work is because of the APU you have (The AMD A6-3670k) integrated graphics are weak
I suggest getting a dedicated graphics card such as the Radeon HD 7770. (Try to work it in the budget, or a different graphics card)
And what exactly is your budget? $600?

It won't work because AMD FM1 APUs will not work with Intel Z77 boards.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] this is the best thing you will get for that price, it will do good and the RAM is upgradable, almost bought this PC but found a little more expensive PC with a better GPU

For $600 that's actually dismal.

I have that one or something like that at my dads house, I was hoping to build for experience and maybe I will save or get better specs, I made a post on Roots post so I will see what he thinks a good setup will be

how so? For your budget i don't recommend that you build a PC unless you can get student discount for your OS. If you do build then just use linux, I recommend Ubuntu, best linux based OS there is.
