Build one.
With your price range, you could build a really good gaming pc that can max out ALL cods

Fill out a form on r00t's topic.
Fill it out correctly for the best build for your budget.

Don't you have any friends that can build? You would be throwing your money away getting a pre-built.
If not, then you can always follow the Newegg tutorial on YouTube, it is clear, and pretty easy to build your own. All you doing is putting components together. Nothing major.
It's easier than you think.

Well at your price range you cant do to much. If you buy one from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] you can buy one for about 1000 dollars. Runs COD awesomely!

Too much, and well I don't want to build because you don't get warantee, you have to buy it which is gay. I just need a pc that can run games 70+ fps.

Every part you buy has a warranty. So in a way, it's better.
