The Turbine - this is used as a power generator to activate objects that need power like doors or perk machines.

Inside that room can be parts found for the bus like the ladder and the plow

When walking into the fog between areas you can encounter the Denizens, which can latch onto you and disorient you like Jockeys from L4D2.

After the Busstop, the spawn area, you go to the Diner, where the Riot Shield can be crafted, and there is a shack in the back with which you can find another part for the bus. (ladder pictured above is that shack)

After the Diner is the Farm, where you can craft the lawnmower buildable (name not know to me yet) and you can store a weapon.

After the Farm you head to the Power station, which you can turn the power on/off (power switch is a buildable) in an secret underground base which I may believe it is called HARP Research Station b/c the Driver said it.

After you switch on the power, the cylinder in the middle of the base goes up and electricity sparks around it. Inside appears to be someone....

After turning on power a door opens to upstairs in the generator house and there is another buildable there, called the Electric Trap.

After here is the town. Nothing major is there as I've seen so far, except Juggernaut and this safe which may contain something.

After the Town the Bus takes you through the bridge seen in the Trailer to the Bus Stop. On the way the Driver talks about a lake seen to the right, (which you obviously cant see because of the fog) which might have something to do with the EE.

Here are some things I just wanted to point out.

A new Perk, but I can't make it out.

This is a gameplay from Slovakia I think. They are selling the game there now. Thats why most leaks wont be in English.
