Is that good specs for a pc that should be able to run most game at a playable fps [ 30 ] and to be an all out good pc.

Yeah, It'll most likely run games at around 60 FPS.

I built my own computer and it runs games at 60. Medium settings around 100 on some games. Your specs are a bit better. I just have a better graphics card & motherboard.

If you have a better graphics card, then why do you run games on medium settings when the GTX 650 can run games such as BF3 on ultra?

I'm not a huge fan of AMD cpu's however I have seen a lot of them on sale lately, I would shop around (especially on newegg) for another quadcore and see if you can beat the price, AMD had a stock drop recently and a lot of their items are on sale so who knows maybe you can get a sweet deal!

I can run any game on ultra, lol. Learn to read. I said at 100 fps.
