Hey guys,
Here is a tutorial on how to mod your Forza Horizon level and credits.
Note: A diamond horizon account is needed.
Enjoy.
1. Download Horizon here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. Move your Forza profile from your xbox to a usb.
3. Open your usb in horizon with your game save on it.
4. Open the game folder and find "Forza Horizon" and then find the mod tab. Click that and then click the forza picture.
5. The Forza editor should then open and you may edit all the stats to your choice.
Note: To reduce the risk of ban for those who are curious mod your credits then go offline and buy everything you want.
That would be the safest method or you can add small amounts of Credits and XP or a Level a day.
6. Notice there is a 'Garage' tab at the top. If you click that you will come across a page like this.

If you click 'Add All Unicorn Cars' it will unlock all the unicorn cars for you.
7. Hit the "Add all secret cars" and it does what it says above, but this time with all the secret cars.
Note: It is completely normal for the Secret cars to not have some of the picture if any of the picture at all as instead of showing the entire car since they are NPC-only cars and don't have any actual image.
8. Then click 'Save' and move the game save back onto your xbox using a usb and then you are done!
