Why are giveaways not allowed?
They are not doing any harm, as long as there is nothing like asking for rep and shizz involved

Probbaly because it would be hard to moderate them because of course some are scams and things.

Some people waste the people entered times as they keep them waiting for an hour and then don't even do the giveaway and it would turn out it was fake.
