How much are these TF2 items worth?

So I never really played Team Fortress 2 much until last week. I just unboxed a few crates and got 2 unusual items.
First item:

If anyone knows anything about TF2 can you tell me their approximate value? A person wanted to buy officers hat and said to name a price, I said $100 and he was ok with that. Then someone else came up and said $130 so I'm not sure what it's worth.

Head over to reddit/r/tf2trade, those guys are very trustworthy and will be able to help you out, just tell them the names of the items. Congrats on unboxing the unusuals too!
