Hello there, Now I know its hard work and all but what are the requirements in starting your own you-tube partnership network, I know you have to apply for YouTube Content Management system and you must understand copyright.

Is there a legal age to start a network?

Depends On The CMS Provider If You Know What I Mean Like BBTV.

Some Require An Age And I'm Not Sure If Any Don't Though.

Mostly all of them require you to be 18 years of age, plus you will to go through alot of tests and such to show if your willing to put hard work into the network and the said "company" will decide if you can make a network with them or not.

I thought You Tube themselves give you the content management system or am I wrong?

They Have The System/Database But They Provide It To The Companies Which Provide It To You So To Say :L

But Most Companies Now Require You To Have Certain Statistics On Your Channel Now A Days I Believe.
