because most modded guns come out as a black rarity, but they dont always come out black i've made orange modded ones and i'm sure you can make all rarities of modded guns that need to be stored in banks, and thats another thing about black guns, they have to ne stored in either your bank of stash, everytime before you leave a game, other wise they will disapear
