Simple answer: no. Still up and working perfectly fine for me. Though at times it is very slow to browse and load stuff, which I'm guessing is caused by high traffic to the site.

Apparently the site was down for a while due to the servers on the site being flooded with people wanting to get a Black Ops 2 ISO because a Slovakian site sold Black Ops 2 early.
