The 4th demension is litterally where ghost and other various spirits walk and only certain human being's can go to the demension it's self in order to achieve the ability to use the fourth demension you must be one with your self and acheive synced Consciousness then from there you will be able to move into that demension in the demension time and space does not matter. For Example you could break multiple laws of physics you could walk up walls float mid air create worm holes and litteraly move through them freely but the fact that human beings are only 3rd demension it would take years of practice to fully understand the conception of the 4th demension.
