Hey TTG im on xbox right now and I made a new account and went on the Monster Hunter game to get the code and I couldn't find it. Is it patched?

Pretty much. If you had it before locate it and run it. You will have to enter a Japanese Captcha.

it was only 48 hour codes for me. So they are only captcha ? Ill have to look into this

Oh ok thanks for the help. I didn't know that we need to enter that Captcha code. This might be difficult because I don't know Japanese.

I think it may possible be patched.
If its not yet it most likely will be patched soon.

Yes, that is a captcha. Also with those 48 hour codes go online and redeem and they become 14 Day Trials, Presto!
