I need some help, im trying to discover all locations and cant seem to get into the holy spiritbar's basement, ive accepted the side mission to get down there but the door has glitched and wont open, can anyone help????

You have to go down into the Basement. It's part of that 'Rebel War' side quest Ellis sent you on.
