"Jailbreaking iPads and Unlocking New iPhones
From what I read here, you can not jailbreak iPads, and you can't unlock new iPhones. You can, however, jailbreak any iPhone, and unlock old iPhones.
I'm too lazy to read the article, but assuming the title summarizes it, this shouldn't be much of a problem.

Good point but think of it this way, say something was wrong with your iPad and you brought it to the store. They notice your iPad was out after the law was made. Than you can get in trouble.

steveleo wroteim not gonna argue with you your title is misleading this isnt Library of Congress Rules Jailbreaking iPads and Unlocking New iPhones IllegalNvr wrotesteveleo wrotetherefore your title is misleadingNvr wrote get you facts straight its just for the ipad and no unlocking iphones
Get my facts straight? That would mean I said that iPhones are illegal to jailbreak which, I never stated. The title is to draw attention and to get people aware of what is going on out there. So therefore your point makes absolutely no sense what so ever.
Actually my title is not misleading. My title is "Jailbreaking is now illegal" , which if you read the post it states jailbreaking any iPad illegal thus, supporting my title.

Its not misleading, and if its not "Library of Congress Rules Jailbreaking iPads and Unlocking New iPhones Illegal" than don't make false accusations.

Guys this is legit news however this just mean the dmca will not protect you will still be legal, but it won't be explicitly protected for you to use it on iPhones bought after cutoff date and iPod touches

1. Your title is misleading.
2. Jailbreaking is legal for all iPhones.
3. iPad's are illegal because they are considered a tablet and they cant say tabletsc can be jailbroken because tablet means multiple items
