Yep, definitely a fake. Was another one someone posted up on Twitter offering to give it away for free that looked similar to this, also fake.

he's saying if the iso hasnt been leaked for download then nobody will have the original game with case and booklet

Or the person with the copy doesn't know what he is doing and can't make a copy and release it.. Just remember not everyone know how to make ISO copys of games or flash an xbox
