So I contacted the most known gaming shops in the UK and their all dispatching Black Ops 2 on the 12th (Monday) so nobody will be getting it early!!!

<< Guys I've found somewhere that are shipping Black Ops 2 on the 9th November with FREE 1st Class Royal Mail (Could receive it on the 10th Saturday) The Game is 50 Pound with delivery.

Could be! Apparently "They Guarantee Delivery on 13th Nov" which will probably be Bull****.
Its due to Activision restriction. They want every shop to dispatched at the same time so every can play it at the same time.
I got a slight feeling that ShopTo.net might dispatched it on the weekend though, They like to deliver game early. I think their only saying they'll ship BO2 on 12th in case anyone is sniffing around...?

Last year with MW3 it was shipped the day before release because of Infinity Wards restrictions. I highly doubt you will get it early if you pre order from Shopto.
