Because I'm almost 100% positive all the other parts on this PC are complete crap. Upgrading is not worth it, Putting new parts in a computer with other low end parts is a miss match and will not go well together. Just build a new one.

I am sorry bro, but you wont be playing any modern game at a decent FPS because your graphics card (Which definitively needs an upgrade) and also your computer in general.
