I have a Six Core AMD FX-6100, MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard, And I'm going to be buying a Sapphire Radeon 7850.
If it help i have 8GB Of DDR3 RAM @ 1600MHz and a Corsair 750Watt PSU.

No, this will not bottleneck. The FX series is actually one of the more powerful CPUs in the AMD brand. Its nothing compared to an Intel though.
