I work out 2-3 hour's a day.

I walk to the kitchen every day. Only workout i need. im 5,7" and weigh 126. lol i think im doing good plus im 14.

You're working out too much.

By saying that you obviously know nothing about Weightlifting and Training.

I Workout different sections of my body each day. Upperbody then Lowerbody.

I have a separate day just for Abs/Cardio.
