Okay. So I have been trying to download my Xbox profile onto my harddrive, but an error keeps showing up saying I can not download profiles at this time?
Also I have been trying to download the update for Black Ops because I have not played it in a long time there is an update, but it comes up with an error. I googled my problems and people said they have been experiencing the same thing, however, the posts were 4 months ago.
So what do I do?

Contact Microsoft about your issue.

The only problem right now is with Xbox.com Pay-Pal Method.

try going to system settings network settings then configure network then advanced settings then click restore to factory settings. Press power button on front of console and wait for all fans to stop. then turn on the console go to network settings and test your xbl connection after you connect to whatever internet thing you use that might help idk

Make sure you have enough space on your hdd.
