I thought it was just the dlc area that had new BA Rank stats but when I went back to sanctuary it was still the same. I had over 14,000 and everything was over 7 or 8%. I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this? Also the challenges stayed the same so I cant go and get them again from playing.
