Im trying to redeem a pre-paid 12 month code.
When im trying to match my postal code and a city, it doesn't work. I don't live in a city, so when i put my county it doesn't work. I've even put a taxi cabs postal code and address in london in and it says they dont match.
My xbox is set to UK Locale but nothing is working. If anyone knows how to fix this please post. I've rang xbox support and they've given me a waiting time of 30 mins.
Might aswell post here in the meantime to see if anyone can help.
