Nope its 5.97

You either have to buy it, or someone gift it to you (unlikely).

you need a credit card and a pay pal account and it costs $5.97 or someone has to gift it to you.

They probably got money for selling something online, but the Paypal isn't authorized until a credit card is hooked up to it

You can, because you have gold, you have access to all gold features, including gifting.
