Also Note:
You stay in until you are fifty or to let others in after you've been there a while.
It is free to get in, but If you have Vermi Skins you can stay all the way to fifty(even from level one)

How To:
Have one person standing at Tiny Tina accepting it, others I don't care what you do.
When accepting the mission wait until Failed is done blinking or it will mess it up.
