I know xbox announced a 2x xp weekend for people that preorder the game and download nuketown 2025.

What if we just buy the hardened or prestige edition and still download nuketown 2025 will we still get double xp?

In theory no, at least that's what the latest info suggests. Depends on when you order it as well.

Just pre order to be safe if you really need x2 xp that bad.
