Does anybody know how to enable internet access on a laptop (windows 7) after it has been restored to its original factory settings?
It is displaying the available wireless networks in range but i am still unable to connect to the appropriate network and when ever i attempt to connect, a yellow triangle with a ! inside of the connected network. I have even tried connecting via an ethernet cable but again to no avail. I know the wireless network is working as i am using it now on a different laptop to ask you this question.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You must reinstall the drivers for your network card. If you can, the easiest way would be to get internet access through a LAN cable and letting windows search online for the drivers. If necessary, bring your tower, monitor, mouse and keyboard to wherever your router is and connect with a LAN cable.

Best option would be to re-install/update drivers for network adapter/card
options:
- connect via LAN/ETHERNET
- update from file that you have gotten from somewhere
