You most likely can't run it on Ultra, but you can definitely run it on Medium-High settings. Ultra has a bunch of useless sh*t like reflection and all that, and it lowers my FPS anyway. Trust me, you're not losing much by playing on lower settings.

The_Elder_Scrolls,

You're getting so much bad help here, enjoy your garbage build!
Since you profusely refuse to listen to any REAL advice, I've placed you on my no-go list, along with The_Tropical_Lobbies I think it was.

You're beyond help now, buddy. Lets get you that AMD sh*t processor!

iammrlucifer wrote um ya im sure with that processor and the graphics card you have you can run BF3 on ultra, especially cause that CPU is 4.2ghz if your thinking of getting a new processor i would definitely consider getting that one

Oh my god, just stop. Please. Stop trying to give advice if you don't know what you're talking about. The FX series is trash and it seems YOU need to look at the facts.

iammrlucifer wrote na if you read you will see the facts fx bulldozer is the best processor for gaming its way better than intel, and its more reliable and with intel it freezes and slows with use amd fx is meant for hardcore gaming they use fx bulldozers in hardware systems like military recon drones, war rooms, NASA computer systems they also hold highest customer rating and fastest selling rate, and computer technical speed

I don't think I've seen a more misguided post on TTG in my time here. I've seen some things you wouldn't believe, but this takes the cake. If you're trolling, it's not funny and you're spreading misinformation.

OP, I don't know how many times we're going to do this. We've spent so much time recommending you hardware on the countless topics you've made that I have no reason to believe you're serious about building. It's been a massive waste of time, but if you actually have the cash ready, then let's be done with it. What is your final budget?

Btw the i7 extreme is the fastest processor and I'm pretty sure NASA is smart enough not to go with that processor

amd fx is horrible for gaming compared to a i5 3570k / i7 3770k. Where did you hear this? Just because it has more cores doesn't mean its better.

Mind linking where you're getting your comp from? Or are you buying the parts separately?
