Provoke wrote Alright, this should make some sense, you should NOT be banned in BO2 as you are agreeing to another set of Terms of conditions/services, therefor, if they banned you based on the fact that you were banned on BO1, They would be voiding there own Terms of service, which is a big nono for any company.

Well did you ever hear of what the makers of FIFA did? They kept the banlist from FIFA 10 and implemented it into FIFA 11. You have no idea what you are talking about. If they feel like you have voided their OWN ToS, they have the right to stop you from playing their game. I doubt they will ban you from BO2, since they want all of their customers that still buy CoD games are happy (hence why CoD is dying).

If cod is "dying" how do they keep selling more and more copes of there game and break record every year?
Exactly, they think its dying because they dont play it anymore, and because they dont play it anymore they assume that everyone else doesnt also.

I agree with what you said and more players play cod. now MW3 about 100000-200000 players play it. an when new cod comes out about more than 500000 players play it

Basically:

You won't be banned in Black Ops 2 if you were banned in Black Ops 1.
