Alright, this should make some sense, you should NOT be banned in BO2 as you are agreeing to another set of Terms of conditions/services, therefor, if they banned you based on the fact that you were banned on BO1, They would be voiding there own Terms of service, which is a big nono for any company. (also, if you would like me to skim over there TOS just to check, I would be more than happy to.)

That's how it should be but I can almost guarantee it won't be done that way.

Well did you ever hear of what the makers of FIFA did? They kept the banlist from FIFA 10 and implemented it into FIFA 11. You have no idea what you are talking about. If they feel like you have voided their OWN ToS, they have the right to stop you from playing their game. I doubt they will ban you from BO2, since they want all of their customers that still buy CoD games are happy (hence why CoD is dying).

Excuse me? I am talking from the perspective of the business world, not the "Gamers" world, If you agree to a NEW Tos for a NEW service/product, the company can only go so far as there Tos allow, the Tos for the discontinued service is now null and void, as one of the two parties has voided them, you sir, are an idiot for making this statement.

Basically, to simplify it for you in this cases scenario, he had agreed to BO1's tos, but since he voided them, THAT PARTICULAR CONTRACT is now null, and is no longer instated. The very MOMENT he purchases another game, he is agreeing to a COMPLETELY NEW Tos, It is like the old agreement never existed, now, EA must have incorporated something into the original Tos that gave them that right. As public outcry is not a wanted thing in the business world, It was a stupid mistake for EA to make, as they have lost player-base, And as I stated above, I offered to skim through the Tos of each game, be AT LEAST helpful with your topics, not misleading.
