Hey if i bought PlayStation Plus and downloaded 'Infamous2' for example, when the PS Plus runs out am i still able to play content?

if you have a friend that has ps plus and will let you put their account on your ps3 then you can. aslong as an account on your ps3 has ps plus you can play it.

it runs out when your PS+ runs out, my way to do it is when you get ps+, click download in the store on the game you want but dont download it. wait till it expires for ps+, goto downloads and it will show up, download and it never expires. i did this with saints row 2

No, once your ps+ runs out you can play anything you download with ps+ until you buy it again.
