Brotherhood of steel- Energy weapons and power armour.
Great Khans- 9mm and 10mm SMGs and sawn-off shotguns are common and the Great Kahn standars armour. They make and distribute chems across the Mohave.
NCR- Service Rifles and 9mm pistols are common and generic NCR armour. The NCR Rangers have better weaponry and are often wearing Ranger combat armour or Ranger patrol armour.
Powder Gangers- Explosive weaponry , mainly Dynamite and Powder Charges and NCRCF prison uniforms.
That took me all of two minutes to do and it's better then your post. Also as Frog said you left out numerous factions.
