with the pre release can you access the full game (vp included) and if so is it the same ranking system as in fifa 12 to upgrade you player?( ie: score 5 goals = finishing +1)

Yes, the FAQ on the website says you have access to EVERYTHING in the retail, i think i read something that you cant buy DLC, not sure about that one sorry but yeah VP apply in the pre release
