Dont just keep trying and wasting kv's once a kv gets banned you never get it back remember that before you just get greedy and not wait for a method.

Servers are nothing to do with being online. it's only to moderate the people who are using the xex, yes it is still used as a plugin. Servers have nothing to do with online its only to monitor and to moderate.

Only a select few can get on.. Or you just gotta know some one..

i am in no way sayin i can do it but it seems to my like someone would think to:
1) get a nand read from the modded console
2) get a nand read from latest dash (after update)
3) extract the necisary files from both
4) compare the differences
5) change files needed to be changed
6) inject fixed files back into modded nand
7) flash to console and try to boot and sign in

if i was bored and had all weekend then this is what i would try
