I agree, if a girl don't get much attention of guys (due to being ugly for example) she should at least try and be kind and sweet, rather than being a bi*ch all the time; doing that only makes it less of a chance of actually getting a boyfriend

It still makes sense. After being made fun of/bullied, they build a personality barrier. They act that way to all people that are around them in fear they will do the same thing. It's basically a "don't trust anybody" attitude. I know about this very well. I cussed a girl out who was just being nice. There was another girls that were messing with some nerdy guys (by acting nice and laughing at them) and it wasn't going to be me. When I determined she was actually nice, I apologized multiple times and became friends. It's a trust issue they have.
