Okay so i bought my Tritton AX Pro Headset 2/22/12
And it stopped working back in 8/10/12
So i called them and had them repair it. So i had to pay for the shipping to CA and i live in NC. It was 20$ for shipping. I got the headset back from them 9/11/12 And they gave me a broke mic. I knew it was broken because it snapped in half while putting it on. So i called them up and asked for a new mic which came in the mail today. I open it up and i got a new Mic cord. FML If you look at the Ticket on there website it even says Faulty AX Pro Mic Not Mic Cord. I don't think they can read.
Oh and back when i used to have the Tritton AX 720's i called them for a new Mic cord and i got a new Mic. Just never buy a Tritton product because they have a bunch of people who can not read.

The product not working is your fault.

I have had plenty of Tritton products over the years with no problem at all.

I would also like to represent the tritton products, I have had the 720's for ears and the AX Pro's for some time. I haven't had any issues... I also used gameshark for my gameboys back in the day...
