i would only use a different font that's from the sans serif category on dafont or anywhere else and shorten the Twitter, facebook and so on icons

If you want to do what I done with Inkz with me and send me the PSD over I will edit it to how I think it would look better send it back and see what you have to say on it. Inkz liked what I done to his.
If not I think:
- The navigation looks out of place.
- Social media Icons are too big and I wouldn't place them there.
- Recent Videos font look out of place and squashed in.
- Twitter feed glow is too big and that section still needs a bit of work.

Overall, the web design is awesome.
a few things could be tweaked, like the font, positioning etc.
but despite that it is definitely a good piece.
