This is wrong. You can't RGH a console if it is on the 15574 dashboard, unless the OP has a nand dump pre 15xxx (probably doesn't). And there is no percentage measurement no how often a console will turn on via RGH1 or RGH2. What you're probably referring to is the boot time which requires tweaking to shorten to boot time. Please don't confuse other users with info that is wrong.

You can not jtag it and if you try you will brick your xbox, but however i dont know that much about rghs, but i think you can with the coolrunner chip
