Well the title pretty much says it all but in case you are still a little confused I will explain. Alright well first of all you need to know that I used to be able to play games that I just can't anymore. I am installing Counter-Strike: Source right now as I have a video of when I used to be able to run it as a benchmark. My plan is to update this post with the old video and then tell what the new fps is. Reason being I don't know what the new fps is yet is because I took a break from CS:S and went on to CS:GO Beta but I can't run that either when I should be able to. So basically here's when I noticed a difference, I clicked to play World of Warcraft and it wouldn't open so I kept clicking it about 6 times and got an error. If I recall it was a DirectX error and my computer froze so the only thing I could do was hold the power button. Everything was fine until I realized there was a slight decrease in the game performance. Over time up to this point it has just become unplayable. I play Modern Warfare 3 and it starts at 90 fps and slowly decreases down to an unplayable fps. Please help and I may bump once or twice as you can see this took me a long time to type and to go without a response is just unacceptable in my mind. Thanks.

Do you have the most latest drivers?
Do you have the beta drivers?
What GPU are you using?

Have you tried changing you settings?

I usually try to format computers every year or so, throwing it back to factory settings and then update all the drivers, it keeps them all running fine
