Whoever hacked me had changed my email and gotten my password. Im going to send an email to jagex to proof that the account is mine, but what information do you tell them so I can recover it? Thanks.

If your email doesn't work, then you can only use your recoveries.

Sounds fishy.
With neither of those, Unless you can phone them and prove it is you, Your screwed.

I know the email, but whoever has my account changed it. The only proof I have is previous passwords and my credit card details what I used to pay membership with.

If you have the email and password of that email then you can get your account back.

If you don't have the password of the email you first need to get your email password back via your email provider. Then you can recover the account

I've sent the email containing everything to do with the account that I know for sure, and I mean everything, so fingers crossed that it works. And the fact that it takes 4 weeks is just pathetic.

Actually, it only takes 5-10 minutes now. I noticed that the last time I had to recover an account.
