Sorry if this is not where it is ment to be posted but what whould you say a really good high quailty video recording program is ? like if i wanted to record a game on my pc ?

Definitely fraps, there are ways to obtain it for free. Or Dxtory, not many people use it but I prefer it over fraps. Your pick.
It is recommended that you have two hard drives so you can record to one and play the game off the other.
