Well a few months ago there were COD Elite map glitches where you would be able to download the maps for free by downloading off an acc. Is that still going on with the newer maps? Or did they patch the whole thing in general? i just wanted to know because i dont see anything about anymore, but if the glitch is still active anyone care to share the dummy account? Thanks for the help.

No it got patched due to an update.

The well known, DLC Download History Glitch, that everyone has been using the share CoD DLC, and various other items with each other, is Patched on the Fall 2012 Dashboard (2.0.16113.0).

EDIT 1:
On the step where you sign out of the main account with the DLC, it is supposed to keep you on the Download History screen, the new dashboard, returns you to the Home screen of the dashboard [the home tab].
