Post below what your greatest Fallout moment is this is for NV and 3.
Mine is when I just bought the game I was level 3 and someone told me to travel from megaton to rivet city (fallout 3) I was so close with like 10 hp left, a super mutant decided to start spraying me with his mini gun from a good distance away. Almost dead I dident think I was going to make it, the super mutant was edging closer, and my hp dropping, but out of the blue a scavenger appeared and drew the super mutant fire to him, I had time to escape, but when I looked back, the scavenger, was no longer breathing. I eventually made it to rivet city and had a great time, I will never forget you great scavenger.

Sounds nice.
For me it was:
I was playing Fallout 3 like I always do. I decide to go to an array of towers which happen to be populated by raiders. I try to break in but I break all of my lockpicks. I got their attention and fought for a while. When I was running low on ammo and health I decided to make a run for it. I saw a little bunker and went to the door. It was unlocked so I opened it. To my surprise and disgust a stone wall blocked any further advancement. I saw the words" f**K you spray painted on it. At that moment I was hit from a rocket from the raiders I tried to apprehend earlier. The writing was either made by somebody who put it their for whoever else may see or because they were fooled by it.
I went on google to find a picture of the wall so you can lol more:

I was at my friends house and we were playing Fallout 3. He had helped Mr.Burke with arming the bomb in Megaton, he sat at tenpenny tower and blew up Megaton, he froze for about 5 seconds and said "WHAT HAVE I DONE?!" Killed tenpenny and jumped from Tenpenny tower and dieing Funniest thing ever.

Can't really remember my greatest moment but the greatest scene I've seen was when I was doing my evil playthrough and I blew up Megaton.
If only I had a gaming pc.

i cant have a great moment because if u play as much as me you stop counting how many times you laughed like in fallout 3 if u go into the vault with all the garys with a stealthboy its hilarious (gary is that you)

Mine was probably when I was about a level 10 and just bought New Vegas. I had no good weapons and really wanted to get to New Vegas. I started running across the wasteland from Black Mountain and outran a few deathclaws, then I managed to kill a few raiders and friends whilst just running towards New Vegas. Suddenly there were loads of fiends all around me and I had pretty low health. I just kept running. I was so sure I would die and have to try all over. I ran round a corner and saw a row of men who I thought to be fiends. I swore. Then I suddenly noticed they were NCR and they drew the fire of the fiends and killed them all for me! I had ran all the way from Black Mountain to Camp McCarren It was pretty damn cool
