Hopefully not - they take all the fun out of the game. I was fed up on borderlands one when every single person who joined would just spam the same guns on the ground.

If modded weapons come in the game, don't join my game with them.

Gearbox loves when others plays with there sandbox and makes new guns they patched the guns that were hacked to all hell using like sniper parts on an smg and then making it have a crazy fire rate but honestly I think they are a good part of the game.
