Okay so these kids were skating on private property. But when that guy hit one of the kids with that board, that's assault. And just because they are kids doesn't mean the police officer has the right to take advantage of them. They were leaving and the kid just smiled at him, and he got arrested. This country is so corrupt nowadays it's not even funny.
