To start of, Counter strike will be counter strike, even if they make it a little HD... so the same fan will still get hard over it, i would also like to note that valve only reskinned counter strike, and if anything, valve took things out of counter strike in global offensive, now you cant spray, you cant even get silencers, and there are even less gamemodes than before, there you have it CS fans, you just bought a $15 high definition reskin of CS and you get even less out of it, i find CS an alright game, im not hating on it, just stating facts.
