i dunno something like in skyrim where you can create any weapon... even if you have to buy the plans but to be able to make any weapon is something i loved from skyrim.
and the ablilty to just walk in a bar and hire a companion for a cheap price...
and i heard its set in the commonwealth and the area must have more caps, i mean just look at the name ^^
