Hey Guys, I have Turtle Beach x31's and for some reason, I can hear players talking in my gamechat when i'm trying to soundwhore. I turn them down but it still plays it in the background. I can't even hear anything due to people talking. does anyone know how to make it so it lets me turn them down? This just started today.

Make sure again that the mic volume is down, and also go to prefrences< Voice< Make sure it is only playing through headset. Sometimes if it is playing through both, you can steal here the people in game chat.
