And what one should I buy? Can you do the real time gamertag mod in modern warfare 3 witha rgh?

There is no honest difference. They do the same thing (Run unassigned code) . This is just me, but i bought a Jasper Jtag. Id rather tell people i have the real deal, instead of the newest way to rgh any console. Up to you of course. I cant tell ya anything about mw3, i dont play it xD Mw2 all the way!

Theres really no difference they both can run assiagned code. But heres the difference

RGH=Chip screwing up the cpu timing and the hypervision which allows it to run unassigned code

JTAG=Wires which bypasses the saftey of microsoft and which allows it to run unassigned code

They both do the same thing which is run unsigned code but you can also put more nands which lets you go online with the xbox or even turn it into a dev kit
