You don't make a sticky, you make a post and if staff think its worthy of a sticky then you get stickyed.

Just make a helpful post !! That many people like and will thank you for then the admins will make it a sticky. You can't make one yourself unless the admins see it's worthy.

you have to make a really good topic for it to become a sticky, stickies are not easy to get

You have to make a large, helpful post and stay active
on the post (answer questions members might have), and
if an Admin thinks its good enough, they'll make it a
Sticky.

You can't make it yourself.
Staff can make topics to stickies, but it's only when they are VERY informative and in depth.
You have to put alot of time to it, and actually make it useful.
I saw a guy that putted 6 hours on a topic, he got sticky after about 15 hours i think.
